Regularly clean the device and cartridge to prevent liquid buildup and potential device damage

The device is charged using a dedicated external charger for vaping batteries

Charging the external battery via the device's USB port is prohibited to prevent damage to both the device and the batteries

Only high-drain batteries specifically designed for vaping should be used


E-liquid

It is prohibited to leave or expose the liquid to direct sunlight or any high-heat source, or to leave it inside a vehicle

In the event of a product complaint, the customer should contact the manufacturer to report the issue

If a replacement or refund is agreed upon, the customer should visit the nearest branch to complete the agreed-upon process

The taste of the same e-liquid may vary between devices or tanks due to differences in design and capacity

The store’s responsibility is limited to providing an authentic product that is fit for use and has a valid expiration date

The store bears no responsibility for the customer’s personal taste or preference. The sales associate's role is to assist in explaining and describing the product according to the manufacturer's information on the official website

There is no definitive lifespan or draw count, as these are estimated by the manufacturer based on e-liquid quantity and may vary depending on individual usage patterns

When replacing a cartridge or coil, it is essential to fully fill the cartridge or tank and allow it to sit for at least 20 minutes before use to prevent coil or cartridge burnout

There is no specific lifespan for coils, cartridges, devices, or batteries; however, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products. To avoid burnout or inefficiency, it is crucial to operate the device according to the manufacturer's instructions (Watt - Ohm)

Avoid completely filling the cartridge to maintain optimal performance

Do not leave the device, liquid, or used cartridges inside a vehicle. Always switch off the device when placing it in a bag or pocket to prevent coil or cartridge burnout.

If the device will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to turn off the device and remove the cartridge to prevent liquid leaks and potential damage


Warranty

Warranty Period: 30 days against manufacturing defects

The store's primary responsibility is to provide an authentic product bearing all original branding and codes to verify its authenticity

Customers can verify this by checking the manufacturer's official website. Operational testing is conducted in-store in the customer's presence to ensure the device functions correctly

For online purchases, customers should test the device upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours

In case of a defect within the warranty period, the device will be examined by a qualified technician to determine if it's a manufacturing or usage-related issue

If it's a manufacturing defect, the customer may choose a replacement, a different model, or a refund

Original consumable products will only be replaced or refunded if a defect is found during in-store testing. For products purchased through delivery services, customers must test the device upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours
